We have the following property policies in place for the comfort and quality of everyone's stay...
- Thea's House bed and breakfast is pleased to provide you with an entirely smoke free property. All guest rooms, guest room balconies, common indoor and outdoor areas are designated as nonsmoking. Smoking in your guest room or on your guest room balcony will result in a substantial cleaning fee being added to your account.
- For the safety and comfort of those in our home, we request that guests do not burn candles or incense in their room.
- Please note that outdoor footwear is not worn in our home. This is due to the fact that:
- we live in an area that has inclement weather
- we have in our home, beautiful hardwood floors and throw carpets
- it keeps our home clean and quiet for all
- this is customary for the vast majority of Canadian families
All guests are provided with slippers, however please fee free to bring your own if you wish. Should you also be comfortable in socks or bare feet, we do not mind.
- Although we have a dog on-site, unfortunately we are unable to provide accommodation for guest pets.
- Our check in time is from 4:00pm - 6:00pm
- Please note that for any arrival time after 6:00pm, we have to be notified in advance, and an alternate arrival time must be confirmed. Late arrivals may not be accepted without prior arrangement being made.
- For the comfort of our guests already in the house, combined with limitations on our own personal schedules, we regret that we are unable to accept any check ins after 9:00pm.
- Our check out time is by 10:30am.
