 When Thea's House was being constructed, we kept in mind your desire for privacy and comfort.
Therefore, unlike most typical bed and breakfasts, we have a main floor residence which is completely separate from the part of our home that has been set aside for the use of our guests.
The front door is your private entrance to the house, and you will then find your guest room accommodation located on the second floor.
Each of our guest rooms have the following features:

- 400-600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets
- gas fireplace
- sitting area
- entertainment unit with cable tv, dvd player, stereo, as well as a selection of easy listening cd's

- small walkout balcony with seating to enjoy the spectacular mountain views

Guests will find that each room has its own distinct decorating and layout style. With antique, custom made, and classic modern furnishings, Thea's House offers you simple alpine elegance.
The bed and breakfast also features a stunning collection of original artwork by Canadian artists, as well as historic photos of Banff and area.
Also located on the second floor of our home, guests will find these items available for use/consumption during their stay:
